Our recent trip to Cabo was the perfect mix of relaxation, amazing food, and just the right amount of adventure. Here’s a full breakdown of everything we did, where we stayed, and, of course, where we ate.

Tuesday 1/7 – Arrival & Dinner at Esperanza’s
After landing in Cabo, we checked into The Cape, which has the best views and a super chill but luxurious vibe. The first night’s dinner was at Esperanza’s, an absolute dream for oceanfront dining. Fresh seafood, great cocktails, and the sound of waves in the background—pretty much the best way to kick off the trip.

Wednesday 1/8 – Pool Day & Dinner at Edith’s
The entire day was spent poolside, which was exactly what we needed. The Cape has a gorgeous infinity pool that made it easy to lounge for hours. For dinner, we headed to Edith’s at 8 PM. It’s a must if you love authentic Mexican food in a warm, welcoming setting. Their handmade tortillas and grilled seafood are next-level.

Thursday 1/9 – Dinner at RosaNegra
Another slow, relaxing day led up to dinner at RosaNegra, which is all about good energy and fun vibes. Think lively music, fire-lit dishes, and a menu packed with bold flavors. Such a good spot if you’re looking for a dinner that feels like an experience.

Friday 1/10 – Off to Todos Santos & Dinner at Oystera
Time for a change of scenery! We left Cabo and headed to Paradero in Todos Santos, a boutique hotel that feels like an escape in the middle of the desert. We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back because we love it so much. Dinner was at Oystera, where the seafood was unreal. Perfectly fresh, simple, and so good.

Saturday 1/11 – Beach Day & Dinner at 1890
Started the day with breakfast at Paradero (Amex perks = free breakfast, so why not?). Then, a private beach day with Paradero, which was beyond peaceful. For dinner, 1890 at Hotel Todos Santos was the pick, and it did not disappoint. There’s also a cute bar at the hotel with live music, which made for a fun post-dinner hangout.

Sunday 1/12 – Massages at Paradero & Dinner at Hotel San Cristobal
The trip wouldn’t have been complete without a Paradero massage—trust us, it’s a must. The whole experience was so calming and the perfect way to wrap up the trip. Our final dinner was at Hotel San Cristobal, which has a stunning property and an even better menu. Such a beautiful way to close out the trip.
