My 25th birthday was an absolute dream in Napa! We spent our time exploring the wineries, relaxing at the spa, hiking to see the sites, eating delicious food and of course, drinking the best wine. We were there from Thursday to Monday, making it the perfect long weekend. This travel guide gives you recommendations for anything on your list in Napa, California.

Day 1:

We arrived late morning so we started the trip off with lunch at Malibu Farms in Tiburon, CA. It is right on the water so the views were great along with the food.

For dinner, we ate a Bottega which had amazing authentic Italian food with great wine pairings.

Day 2:

For breakfast on day 2, we went to The Model Bakery and it was a total 10/10. I had “The Original” breakfast sandwich and the Matcha Latte. I could have eaten this every day. I am still thinking about it.

After breakfast, we headed out for a hike on Westwood Hills Trail. It was an easy 2-mile loop that had great scenery.

Our first winery of the trip was Nickel & Nickel. We went their mid-day around 2:00 pm. They produce single-vineyard wine and it was yum.

We didn’t want a huge dinner on night 2 so we headed to Mothers Tacos. The tacos were very good and it was the perfect casual dinner.

Saturday:

For our adventurous Saturday, we went on a road trip to Tamales Bay. We ate lunch when we got there at this cute spot on the water, Nick’s Cove and they had yummy seafood.

Then, we headed to our second winery of the trip and this one was my favorite, Flower’s Winery. This winery was so picturesque and had the most lush of gardens, hence the name.

We stayed at Stanly Ranch and we decided we wanted to try their restaurant The Bear for dinner. It was so nice to eat at the resort and have a few drinks to start the birthday celebrations. Outfit deets here.

Sunday:

My 25th birthday!! We started my birthday in my favorite way, with a morning at the spa. We got a couples massage at the spa at Stanly Ranch. It was lovely and so relaxing.

We had a later lunch that day at RH since we spent a while at the spa. A late lunch, turned into an early dinner because we just enjoyed a leisurely afternoon. Alex made sure to end my birthday with a nice touch of cake and champagne – two of my favorite things.

Monday:

On our last day we went to Naysayer Coffee for breakfast. They had very unique coffee offerings and a great variety of breakfast options.

I wanted to do one more hike before we left so we headed over to Skyline Wilderness Park. The hike is in the foothills so there is a lot of greenery and is so lush.

We loved the spa so much that we went back on our last day to enjoy more of the salt therapy, sauna, cold plunge and steam room. Their cedar sauna room was massive and felt so luxe.

We ate at Cole’s Chophouse for our last meal in Napa and had the best steak that literally melted in my mouth it was so good. They have a great traditional steakhouse menu. On our last day, I was so sad that the trip was coming to an end but I was really looking forward to getting back home because we were finally getting Arlo back from being at training. It was such a good 25th birthday trip to Napa and I loved it so much I am already planning our next visit back.
